1. General Policy
At Blyxxa LLC, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and services. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines the terms for purchases and refund requests across our platforms and services.
2. Digital Products
2.1 Nature of Digital Goods
All digital products — including PDF kits, templates, guides, toolkits, and downloadable content — are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for digital products under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Corrupt Files: If the downloaded file is corrupt, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund one of the purchases.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product and our support team is unable to resolve them.
2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Failure to read the product description or specifications before purchase.
- Incompatibility with your software when system requirements were clearly stated.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
3. Custom Services & Development
3.1 Project Deposits
Custom development projects typically require an advance deposit (ranging from 30% to 50% of the total project cost) to initiate work. This deposit covers initial research, planning, architecture, and resource allocation.
3.2 Refund on Services
- Before Work Begins: If the project has not started and no deliverables have been created, the deposit is fully refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
- During Active Development: If you cancel a project during active development, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed. Blyxxa retains payment for all completed work and deliverables.
- After Delivery: Once project deliverables have been fully delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued.
3.3 Disputes & Revisions
All project agreements include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. If you're unsatisfied with deliverables, we encourage you to use the revision process before requesting a refund.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting sessions (strategy, brand, AI, SEO) are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee.
5. Third-Party Platform Purchases
Products purchased through third-party platforms (Gumroad, Payhip) are also subject to the respective platform's refund policies. We recommend reviewing their terms in addition to ours:

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
- Order number or transaction ID.
- The product or service name.
- A clear description of the reason for your refund request.
Send your request to contact@blyxxa.com. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
